Hi,
It's really really easy.
Go to your domain controller and open GROUP POLICY MANAGEMENT.
Once opened, there are 2 mains categories: USER and COMPUTER. From there navigate and look for the policy you want. If you don't want to look for each policy you need, google it and you will easily find the location of needed policy
Example:
Google > domain policy disable shutdown > second link:
