I have 2 DCs that are running Windows 2000 Server.
Both have Windows Server SP4 and one has Exchange 2000 SP3 running on it.
The one that has Exchange holds the schema FSMO role.
I added a 3rd server to the domain running Windows Server 2008 as a member server and I wanted to make it a DC...
